Must be at least 18
years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Provide evidence of
legal right to work in the U.S.

Possess, or be able
to obtain, a valid Guard Card issued by the State of California.

necessary information and assistance to help you obtain a state
issued Guard License.]

Complete the
training required by the State of California and pass the exam.

Go through a
complete employment and background investigation.

All information on
the employment application, including past employment and
personal references, must be verifiable.

All applicants must
authorize and complete a drug and alcohol screening test when
required.

Applicant must have
reliable transportation and clean DMV records.

Employees must be
reachable by phone at all times while on duty.

Employees must wear
complete GuardPower uniform while on duty and provide and wear
dark socks, black shoes and a white crew neck t-shirt if uniform
includes an open neck shirt.

Employees must abide
by all grooming and dress code standards established by
GuardPower Security.

In addition to these
hiring requirements, employees must adhere to all the terms and
conditions of employment set forth by the company and described
in the Employment Application.
